Privacy policy
Powerhouse Supply LLC ("Powerhouse", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have. It applies to powerhouse-supply.com.
Last updated: August 3, 2026.
What we collect
When you shop with us or contact us, we may collect:
- Contact and order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and what you ordered.
- Payment details: your card is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Site usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, and similar data gathered through cookies and analytics, to keep the store working and improve it.
How we use it
- To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
- To send order confirmations, tracking, and service messages.
- To answer your questions and handle returns or warranty claims.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To improve our products, listings, and site.
- To send marketing email only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to run the store:
- Our online store platform (Shopify), which hosts the site and processes orders.
- Our payment provider, to charge your order securely.
- Shipping carriers and our fulfillment partner, who receive your name and shipping address so your order can be packed and delivered. Orders are fulfilled through third party warehouses within the United States.
- Service providers such as email and analytics tools.
- Authorities, if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Turning them off may affect how the store works.
Some browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard for how to read that signal, so our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing. To make a request, email us at support@powerhouse-supply.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not deny you service for exercising these rights.
California and other state residents: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. If we ever add advertising tools that would change this, we will update this policy first.
Data retention and security
We keep order records as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version always lives on this page with the date above.
